Alice Springs Chicken

Ingredients
 3.50 oz cooked chicken breast (5oz raw)
 2 sticks turkey bacon (cooked)
 ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
 ¼ cup sliced grren pepper
 1 tbsp light butter
 ¼ cup reduced fat chedder cheese, shredded
 ¼ tsp garlic salt
  tsp pepper
 1 tbsp Guy's BBQ sauce or G Hughes BBQ sauce

Season the chicken with garlic salt and pepper; grill until just done. Measure out 3.5 oz. Keep the chicken warm. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Saute the mushrooms and green peppers in butter until tender. Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top chicken with BBQ sauce, the mushroom and green pepper mixture, bacon slices and the shredded cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
